AZIA center is located in the heart of the financial district Lujiazui area in Pudong, Shanghai, which is close to Lujiazui central park and with convenient transportation. It is the ideal office location for banks and financial institutions. The total site area is 8,452㎡ and with total building GFA 91,494.29㎡, which including 70,000㎡office,  1,600㎡ retail amenities and security parking. 

The building won the gold level certificate of LEED-EB O&M 2008 in March 2010 through its excellent architectural quality and strata management. AZIA center was the first project in China to obtain the certification. In 2015, the building passed the final evaluation of GBCI and won the platinum certification of LEED-EB.

The overall air conditioning system of AZIA center is equipped with an efficient filtration system. The fresh air system and the circulation system are equipped with HEPA F7 high efficiency filter, which can effectively filter PM2.5 particles and dust, and filter efficiency up to 90%. The overall air quality of the building conforms to the American Air Purification Standard (ASHRAE-62 1-2013), which is tested and certified by SGS air quality every year.

Each leasing floor is equipped with a PM2.5 detection system, which keep tenants well informed of the air quality of the building through website. The data will also be displayed in the lobby and lifts for the attention of occupants and visitors the air quality of the building timely.
