A fire drill was held at AZIA Center on 29 November 2019 from 15:00-17:00. Tenants actively participated in the fire drill.

Mid-Autumn Festival activity was held on 12 September 2019 from 12:00 to 14:00 at the main lobby. PMO prepared handcraft DIY- Little Rabbit Night-light, and Invited tenants to participate in the DIY production.

PMO together with 康泰纳仕时尚设计培训中心 held a tenant training on 28 June 2019 from 12:15-13:45. It has brought our tenants a fashion cellphone photography salon . Leading the tenants into a visual feast.

《上海市生活垃圾管理条例》comes into effect on 1 July 2019. To comply with relevant new regulations, PMO held two trainings on 14 June 2019. All tenants are invited to attend.

Sports Week was held at the West Platform of AZIA Center from 10 June 2019 (Monday) to 14 June 2019 (Friday). We had carried out a variety of sports activities, and tenants joined us actively that It was proven to be very successful.

The event of Mother’s Day held on the grand lobby area on 10 May 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 14:00 p.m. The professionals instructed our tenants to make soap flower baskets. This event was highly praised by our tenants.

PMO together with 康泰纳仕时尚设计培训中心 held a Tenant Training on 25 April 2019 from 12:00-13:30. It has brought our tenants a high-end perfume tasting salon and a journey of smell and aroma.

The Fruit Festival Reception was held at the west platform of the building on 25 April 2019 from 13:00-15:00. We served 10 different kinds of fruits for all participating tenants to enjoy. The event was proven to be very successful.

Earth Hour 2019 took place on Saturday 30 March at 8:30pm (local time). Earth Hour is a global initiative organized by the WWF. AZIA center joined by turning off all the landscape lights. Many of our tenants took part in the activity to support this Environmental Protection event.

We had a Fat Burning exercise on Women’s Day, all the ladies enjoyed a lot out of this activity.

In order to enhance the fire safety awareness of the tenants in AZIA, we conducted a fire drill on 9 November 2018. Tenants participated actively and made the exercise success.

Coffee Festival on 26 September 2018 to 29 September 2018, the venue of the event at the main lobby. During the activity, coffee brands from different countries will be stationed in the building every day to provide white-collar workers with a cup of charity coffee. All proceeds will be donated to Lujiazui community welfare foundation.

Mid-Autumn Festival reception on 27 September 2018 from 12:00 to 14:00 and the venue of the event at the main lobby. We prepared Gypsum aromatherapy DIY and T-shirt painting DIY, invited tenants to participate in the activity. It was proven to be very successful.

Chinese Valentine’s Day reception on 17 August 2018 from 12:00 to 14:00 and the venue of the event at the main lobby. We prepared Petals in ink paintings and Hand drawing of origami fan, invited tenants to participate in the activity. It was proven to be very successful.

Sports Week was held at the West Platform of AZIA Center from Monday, 25 June 2018 to Friday, 29 June 2018 . We had carried out a variety of sports and tenants joined us actively that It was proven to be very successful.

Mother’s Day reception on 11 May 2018 from 12:00 to 14:00 and the venue of the event at the main lobby. We prepared flowers and had ?a professional teacher to guide us flower arranging. It was proven to be very successful.

The external curtain wall cleaning was carried out from 20 April 2018 (Friday) to 17 May 2018 (Thursday)

Earth Hour 2018 took place on Saturday 24 March at 8:30pm (local time). Earth Hour is a global initiative organized by the WWF. AZIA center was also involved in this activity by turning off all the landscape lamps. Many of our tenants took part in this activity to express their support of Environmental Protection.

PMO conducted a special YOGA for women on 08th March 2018. Under the guidance of professional YOGA teacher, the tenants enjoyed a lot in this activity.

The Charity Event was held in the Lobby of the building on 15 September 2017 from 12:30-14:30. We together with Charity company BAO2 collected the clothing which donated from tenants and will send to the children in underprivileged communities or schools in remote areas.

The Dragon Boat Festival was held in the Lobby of AZIA Center on Friday, 26 May 2017 from 11:30 to 13:30. We had rice dumpling DIY, wormwood DIY and free rice dumpling that made our tenants to enjoy the festive atmosphere in advance.

The external curtain wall cleaning was carried out from 15 May 2017 (Monday) to 9 June 2017 (Friday).

Effective 1 March 2017, Shanghai Regulations on Smoking Control in the Public Areas Apply. Smoking has been banned in all public areas. PM Office has designated the smoking area in front of the west lobby entrance of Azia Center. Please direct all your staff to smoke at the designated smoking area. We sincerely hope that all tenants will obey the new non-smoking policy and thank you for your cooperation.

In order to enhance the fire safety awareness of the tenants in Azia, we conducted a fire drill on 4 Nov 2016. Tenant actively participated and made the exercise success.

We are going to have an incentive scheme that when you quit your smoking, you can use one cigarette in exchange for one small gift from our Property Management Office. This is a positive indication of your determination to quit smoking and is the first step to help us to create a better office environment for AZIA Center. Fruits are always our favorites! The Property Management Office of AZIA Center has just organized its first Fruit Festival in 2016. It was held at the west platform of the building, served with all different kinds of fruits for the enjoyment of all participating tenants. It was proven to be very successful. As it was so much welcome by tenants, the Property Management Office will organize another one in the near future.

On 23 December 2015, a Christmas Party reception was held in the lobby to offer drinks and snacks. Besides the live band performance, we also invited a special guest, Magic Santa Claus to perform funny magic program in the Party to create festival atmosphere..

Year 2015 is the 10th Year Anniversary of AZIA Center and we were awarded the LEED Platinum EB Certificate in early 2015. 10th Year Anniversary & LEED Platinum EB Certificate Ceremony was held on 2nd December .

We prepared abundance of fruits for our tenants and planed cloud-making activity on 1st December. The nice view of the cloud floating in the sky made the beautiful view and enjoyment.

Interactive Environmental Protection activity was held on 30th November . Tenants were participated actively by using used batteries to change Succulent plants. Through the activity, we hope to remind the awareness of Environmental Protection.

PM Office prepared delicious ice cream for tenants after the Fire Drill to show our appreciation for their participation and cooperation.

In order to enhance the fire safety awareness of the tenants in AZIA, we conducted a fire drill on 6 Nov, 2015. Tenant were actively participated and made the exercise success.

AZIA Center held the Mid-Autumn Festival event on 18 September, 2015. We had traditional GuZheng playing; moon cakes DIY and other interactive games in the event that made our tenants to enjoy the festive atmosphere in advance.

In order to improve our building environment, the west side outdoor terrace renovation was completed so as to provide a brand new leisure area to our tenants. Meanwhile, we also purchased the outdoor tents, and these activities could be leased out to our tenants for holding their outdoor event, lease details will be announced later.

The external wall cleaning was carried out from 8 Jun 2015 (Monday) to 4 July 2015 (Saturday).

In order to make the tenants more convenient to access the lobby, the construction work of an additional revolving door in the south lobby was started in early May 2015. After a month of construction, now the south revolving door is already in use.

As to match our overall new lobby style, the original LCD screen has been replaced from 4 horizontal pieces to 5 vertical pieces, integrating the tenant information and different kinds of news together to bring the stylish atmosphere.

A series of renovation and improvement works in AZIA Center has been started in the first half of 2015, a new decorated passenger lift lobbies were presented in early July!
